Old World Charm Tissue Pack – Decoupage Tissue Paper
1. Decoupage paper is easy to apply on wood, canvas, clay, tile, glass, and so many other surfaces.
2. This paper is somewhat see through so a like paint color under the paper is recommended.
3. Since this paper is thicker, I have found what works best to apply this paper with wallpaper paste.
